By accessing or using entrebyte.com you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them. They apply to everyone who visits the site, submits a form, books a consultation, subscribes to our newsletter, or applies for a role.

These terms cover the website only. Any consulting or development work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a statement of work or a master services agreement. If those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement wins.

Entrebyte Technologies provides custom software engineering and consulting services. This includes custom software development, startup MVP builds, cloud services, data and analytics, AI and machine learning, experience design, digital marketing, and DevOps.

The website exists to describe those services, share our writing, and let you get in touch. Content on the site is general information, not professional advice. Case studies and figures describe specific past engagements and are not a promise of the same results for you.

The site has no user accounts. You can browse everything without registering. The only information you give us is what you choose to submit through our forms.

Everything on this site belongs to Entrebyte Technologies (Pty) Ltd or is used with permission. That includes the text, articles, case studies, designs, logos, graphics, and code that make up the site.

• You may read, link to, and share our content for personal or internal business use.
• You may quote short excerpts from our articles with attribution and a link back to the source.
• You may not copy, republish, sell, or scrape our content in bulk without our written permission.
• You may not use our name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product.

Ownership of work we build for clients is dealt with in the relevant services agreement, not these terms.

Use the site lawfully and honestly. In particular, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact, consultation, careers, or newsletter forms.
• Use the forms to send spam, advertising, or bulk unsolicited messages.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Interfere with the site's operation, including through denial-of-service attacks, malware, or automated scraping that burdens our infrastructure.
• Use the site to infringe anyone's rights or to break any applicable law.

We may block access to the site for anyone who breaches these rules.

The site is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Entrebyte Technologies (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. This includes lost profits, lost data, and business interruption.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under South African law, including under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute about the site or these terms falls under the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add new features to the site or when the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last revised.
