How much does custom software cost?
A focused internal tool typically starts around R400,000. A full platform with web and mobile apps usually lands between R800,000 and R2.5 million. We scope in phases, so you commit to one priced phase at a time rather than one large number up front.
How long until we have working software?
Discovery and design take 3 to 5 weeks. Most first releases ship in 3 to 5 months, with larger enterprise builds running 6 to 9 months. Because we ship in sprints, you use early modules while later ones are still in build.
Who owns the code?
You do. Full source code, infrastructure configuration and documentation are handed over, and everything runs in cloud accounts you control. There is no lock-in to us.
What happens after launch?
Every build includes a warranty period, then an optional support retainer covering monitoring, fixes, security patches and small improvements. Most clients stay on a retainer between R20,000 and R60,000 per month depending on system size.
