A week here has a shape
Monday planning sets the sprint. Tuesday to Thursday are deep work days with a no-meetings block before noon. Friday is demo day: every pod shows working software to the whole studio, clients welcome.

How the process works
What does the interview process look like?
Three steps over about two weeks: a portfolio review call, a technical conversation about work you have actually shipped, and a session with the pod you would join. No take-home longer than two hours, no live algorithm puzzles.
Can I work fully remote?
Data and DevOps roles are remote across South Africa. Pod-based engineering and design roles are hybrid with three studio days in Rosebank, because pairing and demo day are better in person.
I do not see my role. Should I still apply?

What is the salary range?
Each role advert lists its band during the first call, and offers land inside it. We benchmark against the SA market twice a year, and profit share sits on top.
