Software services that pay for themselves
Every practice below is measured the same way: the value it creates against what it costs. Pick one, or let one team carry the whole journey from idea to running platform.

Build
From first workshop to first release, one accountable team
No handovers between agencies, no gaps between strategy and code. The people who scope your product are the people who ship it, and users see working software within the first few sprints.

+40%
revenue in year one · Prosper Capital
Software built around how your business actually works
Off-the-shelf tools force your team to work the way the software wants. We design and build systems that fit your processes, your data and your growth plans, from the first workshop to the first release and beyond.
- Fixed price and date after a paid discovery
- Working software demos every single week
- Full source code and IP handover as standard

kickoff to first paying customer · Skyline Estates
From rough idea to a product users pay for
Founders do not need a perfect product. They need the smallest thing that proves the business, shipped fast enough to matter. We scope ruthlessly, build the core and get you in front of real users in weeks.
- A launch date for the core, fixed in week one
- Prototypes in front of users and investors in days
- Architecture that survives the funding round

appointment no-show rate · Meridian Health
Products people understand the first time they use them
Good design is not decoration. It is the difference between software people adopt and software they route around. We research how your users actually work, design around that, and test it before a line of production code is written.
Patients used to queue at reception to make a follow-up booking. Now most of them do it from the parking lot before they drive off. The empty slots in our schedule have largely disappeared.

Run
Platforms that stay fast, safe and affordable while you grow
Every build lands on the same proven shape: monitored cloud infrastructure, automated releases and a rehearsed way back before anything ships. This is the platform we run for clients, drawn as one system.

-64%
infrastructure cost per learner · Bloom Learning
Cloud infrastructure that scales without the bill shock
The cloud promises elasticity and ends up delivering surprise invoices and fragile setups. We design, migrate and run cloud environments that are secure by default, sized to your real load and priced so finance stops flinching.
- Staged migrations with rollback points, no big bang
- Security and POPIA controls configured before cutover
- A monthly cost model finance can actually read

Deploy on a Tuesday afternoon and sleep at night
When releases are manual and monitoring is thin, every deploy is a gamble and every outage is a scramble. We build the pipelines, observability and runbooks that make shipping routine and failures short, small and understood.
We signed our first paying customer on a product that was ten weeks old, and we have never had to stop selling to rebuild it. That is the part I did not expect.

Decide & Grow
Your own numbers, working for you
The platform is the start. Pipelines, models and campaigns turn what it records into decisions, forecasts and customers, measured against revenue rather than vanity metrics.

-34%
unplanned equipment downtime · TerraCore Resources
Turn scattered data into decisions your team trusts
Your business already generates the data it needs. It just lives in six systems, disagrees with itself and reaches decision-makers a month late. We build the pipelines, warehouse and dashboards that make one version of the truth the easy default.
- One version of the truth across every system
- First live dashboard in 4 to 6 weeks
- A metrics dictionary behind every number

+18%
revenue per booking · Atlas Voyages
AI that pays for itself inside your operations
We build AI the boring way: pick one process where prediction or automation has a clear rand value, prove it in a small pilot, then scale what works. No moonshots, no demos that never reach production.
- A feasibility sprint with an expected-return estimate
- Pilots measured against your real baseline
- Monitored production models, not notebooks

returning customer purchases · Lumina Retail
Marketing that compounds instead of burning budget
Most marketing spend disappears into channels nobody can attribute. We run search, paid and email programmes wired to real revenue data, so every rand is traceable to pipeline. Because we are engineers first, tracking is never an afterthought.
The old site made customers work to give us money. The new one gets out of the way. Our best trading day ever came three weeks after launch, on normal traffic.
Work with us the way that fits
Three ways to engage, all backed by the same delivery process and guarantees.
Fixed scope, fixed timeline, fixed price
We scope the work in a paid discovery, commit to a price and a date, and carry the delivery risk. The default for well-defined builds like an MVP, a replatform or a new module.
- Paid discovery produces a scoped, priced plan you own
- Weekly demos against an agreed milestone map
- Change control that shows cost impact upfront
- Warranty period after launch included
Best for defined builds and first engagements

Week one is a workshop, not a quote
Before anyone writes code, we sit with the people who run the process today. We map how work actually flows, where money leaks, and what a system has to prove before it earns its keep. You leave with a scoped plan you own, whether or not you build with us.
- Operations mapping with the people on the floor
- Success metrics agreed and written down
- A costed, phased delivery plan in rand and weeks

2 weeks
from first call to a costed plan
The work, rated by the people who paid for it
They scoped a lending platform other firms quoted 18 months for, shipped the first release in five, and revenue followed. The discipline around scope is what sets them apart.

Straight answers before you even ask
The things every buyer wants to know, answered the way we would want them answered.
What does a typical project cost?
A scoped MVP usually lands between R450,000 and R900,000. Enterprise platforms range from R1.2m upward depending on integrations and scale. You get a fixed price after discovery, not an estimate that drifts.
How long until we see working software?
The first demo happens within two to three weeks of kickoff, and every week after that. Most MVPs ship to real users in about 90 days.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do, fully, from the moment each invoice is settled. Repositories live in your organisation account and we hand over documentation as we go, not at the end.
What happens after launch?
Every build includes a warranty period. After that, most clients keep a monthly support and evolution retainer, and some move to a dedicated team. You are never locked in.
Can you work with our in-house developers?
Yes. We regularly ship alongside internal teams, either owning a workstream end to end or augmenting your team with specialists.
Which technologies do you use?
TypeScript, Node.js, React and React Native, Python, PostgreSQL and AWS cover most builds, with C#, Java and PHP where your estate calls for it. We pick boring, hireable technology on purpose.
Tell us what is slowing your business down
A free 45-minute consultation with an engineer, not a salesperson. You leave with options, whatever you decide.
